these lines are taken from the quality policy of HP. if you keep up reading this article you will find the summary text of
my phone conversations with HP Turkey for the last 2 months and the original copies of the emails with global HP for the last two weeks.

after so many hours of phone calls and emailing there is no solution. In fact they didnt even bother to call me.
so I decided to try my best to announce what I have been through all this time, everywhere possible.

-abicim h. ablam nerelerde görünmüyor hiç?
-bilmem ki buralardadır herhalde
-devam ediyor mu öğretmenliğe, rize’de mi?
